Plant People Operations ManagerNear Marion, IN | Fully Onsite We're seeking a
Plant People Operations Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, employee retention, workforce development, and HR operations for a growing manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
- Lead onboarding and new hire experience initiatives
- Drive retention, engagement, and employee experience programs
- Support training, development, and workforce proficiency efforts
- Coordinate FMLA, attendance, unemployment claims, and HR compliance
- Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and plant leadership
Qualifications:- 3+ years of HR, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Workforce Development experience
- Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, retention, FMLA, and HR administration
- Manufacturing, distribution, or hourly workforce experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
