Job Description

We are seeking three dedicated Push-Button Press Operators to join our team in Franklin, TN. You will work the first shift, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. This role involves handling metal sheets, operating a press machine, and ensuring the quality of stamped parts.

Responsibilities

• Load blank sheets of metal into the press machine.
• Operate the press machine by pressing a button to stamp out metal parts.
• Inspect stamped parts for quality assurance.
• Stack inspected parts onto pallets for further processing.

Essential Skills

• Experience with production and sheet metal handling.
• Proficiency in using a punch press and conducting inspections.
• Ability to operate push-button machinery and stack materials efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation, production, and manufacturing environments.

Work Environment

This position is based in a production plant, working on a 5+ year-long project. You will start as soon as the interview, drug, and experience checks are completed. The role involves day shifts from Monday to Thursday, working from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, using brand new machines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
