Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday-Thursday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Forestplace Apartment Homes is looking for a dependable and hardworking Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter to help keep our community clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents and guests.
If you enjoy staying active, working both indoors and outdoors, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property
- Remove litter and debris from grounds and parking areas
- Clean common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, clubhouse, fitness center, and leasing office
- Assist with trash removal and curb appeal
- Support apartment turns and light maintenance projects
- Pressure wash, sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning tasks
- Document completed work using company software (training provided)

What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Janitorial, groundskeeping, maintenance, landscaping, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
