Office Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Office Assistant for our client located in Downtown Seattle. This will be a full-time, 100% onsite position and will be a contract opportunity for our client. This role will be focused on supporting our client's back office team, helping to scan, file, and upload documents to their database system, answer phone and email correspondence, and assist with any other clerical duties as needed. Interested candidates must be adaptable and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, working with a wide array of individuals.
Requirements - High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years administrative/clerical experience
- Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication, both in-person and phone etiquette
- Can work well independently and proactively
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
