Job Title: Building Performance Lead (Attic Insulation)
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $60,000.00 Base + Commission ($115,000.00 Target Comp)

About Us:
We are a premier, family-owned residential home services company operating across the DFW Metroplex. We are actively expanding by launching a brand new Building Performance division. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship and promoting our field leaders.

The Role:
We are hiring a full-time Building Performance Lead. Initially, you will serve as a hands-on field leader focusing on residential blown-in attic insulation, air sealing, and weatherization. As the department grows, you will transition into a broader operational leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute residential blown-in loose-fill attic insulation installations safely.
• Calculate material quantities and evaluate attic ventilation requirements.
• Operate and maintain commercial insulation blowing equipment.
• Partner with leadership to develop standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Significant hands-on experience performing residential blown-in attic insulation.
• Strong knowledge of R-values and coverage requirements.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet vehicle insurance eligibility.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work in Texas attics.
