Compensation:$60,000 - $65,000 yearly
Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up.
Work with team members to improve client satisfaction and service quality.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.
Clearly explain products and services to clients.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on company offerings and industry developments to provide relevant guidance.
Customer service experience or a related background.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to work effectively with a team to improve client satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail when managing records and client information.
Ability to identify opportunities to recommend relevant products or services.
Comfortable using phone, email, and chat for client communication.
