Production Associate

Join a dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will contribute to the assembly and packaging of high-quality products. This role offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement in a stable and growing manufacturing company.

• Assemble filter components by placing multiple layers of materials onto a rotating assembly table.
• Operate foot-controlled assembly equipment to move products through the assembly process.
• Remove completed filters from the table for packaging.
• Stack, count, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• Rotate between assembly, packing, and material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Support other manufacturing areas, including press operations, cutting machines, and glass weave molding processes.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy while maintaining production goals.

• Experience performing repetitive, detail-oriented production or assembly work.
• Fast-paced packaging, counting, or production experience.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing setting where temperatures can become very warm.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

• Ability to work with fiberglass materials and in a warm manufacturing environment.

Work in a clean and well-maintained facility. The building is very nice, and several candidates have been successfully transitioned from contract to permanent positions. The company values a positive and collaborative culture. Overtime is available, including double-time pay on Sundays. Employees are required to work in a manufacturing environment where temperatures can become warm, and standing for extended periods is necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, OH.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
