Chaser--Part-Time Sales Team

Looking for a part-time position where you can stay active, work with customers, and gain valuable sales and merchandising experience?

Mitchell Companies is hiring a Chaser to support the Sales Team with merchandising, account service, product placement, and customer service throughout the local area. This is an active, customer-focused position for someone who enjoys working independently, staying busy, and making sure products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed.

• Starting pay of $16.00 per hour

• Approximately 20–25 hours per week

• Work alongside Sales Representatives and other members of the Sales Team

• Develop valuable customer service and account management experience

• Assist Sales Representatives with product merchandising and in-store execution

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner

• Pull up specified accounts as scheduled by management

• Follow product rotation, freshness, and Anheuser-Busch quality standards

• Learn the brands carried by each account and ensure proper product placement and representation

• Develop familiarity with account layouts and product display locations

• Build professional relationships with store owners, managers, and other account personnel

• Communicate with store personnel to help ensure customer satisfaction

• Identify and report service or merchandising issues to the appropriate Sales Representative or management

• Assist with product displays, promotional activities, and special events as directed

• Support sales initiatives and maintain strong product visibility within assigned accounts

• Report product or equipment damage to management immediately

• Attend team and company meetings when requested

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Strong attention to detail and pride in product presentation

• Willingness to learn beer rotation, display, and merchandising standards

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and transportation

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous merchandising, retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus

• Valid driver's license may be required depending on assigned duties

Part-time | Approximately 20–25 hours per week

The schedule will vary based on business needs and may include different days and times throughout the week.

Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required to support special events, promotions, or business needs.

This is an active merchandising and sales support position. Employees routinely:

• Lift and carry products weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Bend, reach, stoop, lift, and carry products throughout the workday

• Work in varying indoor and outdoor environments, including retail stores, loading areas, and events

• Assist with product handling, stocking, and display activities
