PIRTEK is the nation's leader in on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement the 24/7 emergency crew that gets broken-down equipment running again. We're launching in Omaha and need a leader to run the operation from day one and grow with it.
Pay: $63,000–$68,000 base to start, depending on experience
Insurance: Health (we cover 50% of your premium) and employer-paid life insurance from day one
Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus (~$7,000/year at target) on-target earnings around $70,000, rising to ~$80,000 as we open our second territory

The role You'll be the nerve center of the operation: dispatch the techs, keep them stocked and equipped, drive service quality, and hold our one-hour emergency promise together. You run the day-to-day while the owner splits time between locations, and you grow into leading both territories. Hydraulic experience isn't required we train the technical and software side. Leadership and operational instincts are what count.
What you'll need
- 2+ years leading or supervising a team
- Strong organization and decision-making under pressure
- Comfortable with dispatch and inventory software
- Mechanically inclined; able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
