Host / Hostess – Park 82
Park 82 is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized
Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team.
The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing reservations, guest flow, and takeout orders in a busy upscale restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations and guest questions
- Manage Toast / Toast TakeOut (2 Go) orders accurately
- Coordinate with servers and management to maintain an organized seating rotation
- Prepare and organize takeout orders for pickup
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance
- Provide excellent hospitality from the moment guests arrive until they leave
Requirements
- Must be familiar with OpenTable
- Must have experience with Toast, including Toast TakeOut / 2 Go orders
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
- Dependable and punctual
- Must be available for a combination of lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
