Bilingual Production Manager - $100K

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing international manufacturer to identify a hands-on Production Manager for its Mocksville, NC facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and has a strong background in quality systems, compliance, and employee leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Supervise production supervisors, team leads, and hourly employees
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, audits, documentation, and customer requirements
• Monitor production schedules, staffing levels, inventory, and performance metrics
• Partner with leadership to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve operational goals
• Spend the majority of time on the manufacturing floor coaching teams and supporting production activities
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Production management experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong quality and compliance background
• Knowledge of ISO certification requirements and audit processes
• Experience managing supervisors and large production teams
• Proven ability to drive performance and hold teams accountable
• Strong understanding of production metrics, documentation, and operational reporting

Preferred

• Automotive manufacturing experience
• IATF experience
• Heavy manufacturing experience
• SAP Business One (SAP B1) experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• SharePoint and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Mechanical aptitude and continuous improvement mindset

• Base salary up to $100,000

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday work as needed
• Average 50-hour workweek
• Onsite leadership role requiring substantial time on the production floor

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
