This position will assist clients with the Modesto Subaru online sales platform.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Customer Follow-up
• Maintain and record Customer Transactions and other required paperwork
• Demonstrate and Answer client product questions
• Research and process Customer inquiries
• Research and answer all email/telephone inquiries
• Record and process any other paperwork as required

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales either online or in-person.
• Experience with Excel / Database a plus
• Proven track record of success
• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
• Team-oriented
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
