Maintenance Planner / Scheduler (Working Logistics Technician)

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions (MMS) is looking for a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Planner / Scheduler who enjoys both planning maintenance activities and working alongside the team to keep operations running efficiently. If you have strong maintenance experience, enjoy organizing schedules and priorities, and are willing to jump in on the floor when needed, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders and equipment schedules within a CMMS.
• Ensure parts, materials, tools, and labor are available for planned work.
• Track maintenance KPIs, equipment downtime, and schedule compliance.
• Lead maintenance planning meetings and help prioritize work based on business needs.
• Support reliability initiatives, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with inventory control, spare parts management, and vendor coordination.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting when needed.
• Support equipment installations, repairs, emergency maintenance, and special projects.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture

No two days are the same. You may spend part of your morning building maintenance schedules, coordinating parts and labor, and reviewing equipment performance. Later in the day, you could be troubleshooting equipment, supporting technicians, or assisting with critical repairs to keep production moving. This role is perfect for someone who likes a balance of planning, leadership, and hands-on maintenance work.

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, supervision, or CMMS systems preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
