We are seeking an Installer Helper to join our team and support the installation and repair of various equipment and home remodel projects. You will work closely with a small team to ensure smooth operations and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of windows, doors, and other home remodeling tasks
- Furnish tools, materials, and supplies to team members
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
- Track and manage equipment and supplies
- Support a small team (2-4 members) effectively
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in hand tool operation
- Physical stamina for manual tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently
- Safety conscious with good awareness of workplace hazards
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure

- Experience at any and all levels in relevant fields
