Program Overview
The Leadership in Training (LIT) Development Program is designed for high-potential team members who are ready to grow into leadership roles within Allstar Pizza & More.
This structured program develops future Shift Captains, Trainers, and Operational Leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-time leadership experience. We build leaders who operate with
Heart, Hustle, and Hospitality and who take ownership of results.

What You’ll Learn
Participants will receive structured development in:
- Operational excellence (food quality, speed, and consistency)
- Inventory awareness and cost control
- Guest experience leadership
- Team accountability and performance coaching
- Shift execution and urgency standards
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Ownership mindset and decision-making
- Brand standards and culture development
Responsibilities During Training
- Lead by example in daily operations
- Assist in running shifts alongside current leadership
- Hold peers accountable to standards
- Support training of new team members
- Demonstrate urgency and ownership in problem-solving
- Complete assigned leadership development checkpoints
- Participate in feedback sessions and performance evaluations
Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrates natural leadership and accountability
- Has a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Shows initiative without being asked
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Open to coaching and committed to growth
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
