Process Technician - Advanced Packaging

PURPOSE:

- To increase the cleanroom capacity for new customer and its X3 module assembly

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:

• Perform product active alignment and module box build assembly, and testing.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

PREFERRED Qualifications:

* Minimum 0-2 years hands-on experience in one or more of: wire bonding, die attach, optical alignment/edge coupling, fiber splicing, die polishing, or electro-optical box build.
* Soldering skill
* Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment
* Proficiency with microscopes, inspection tools, and precision hand tools
* Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 preferred)

Education or Training:

• College or equivalent required
• Associate's degree or technical certification in electronics, optics, or manufacturing technology preferred
• On-the-job training or vocational training in microelectronics assembly, fiber optics, or photonic packaging acceptable
