About the Role: VNJ Logistics Inc. is looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our growing team in Fort Mill, SC! Responsibilities:- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver packages or freight to residential and commercial locations
- Follow optimized delivery routes and adjust as needed for efficiency and timeliness
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Verify delivery manifests and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate updates to dispatch
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Provide courteous, professional customer service at every stop
Requirements:- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous delivery driving or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning tools
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
