ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In the role, you will get to

• Work with an inspiring team
• Work directly with the public
• Schedule and register patient for services
• Collect patient data such as demographic, income, and insurance
• Determine patient eligibility for services
• Listen to patients to determine needed service
• Check patients out
• Collect and process fees/payments
• Process Vital Records
• Maintain supplies, and inventory
• Participate in emergency response
• Participate in community health related activities offsite

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):

• Education equivalent to graduation from a standard high school and
• Experience equivalent to two years of full-time customer service delivery and/or clerical/office work
• Course work credit received from an accredited college or university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
