What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial heating (boiler and rooftop experience a plus), cooling, and air quality systems
• Mentor and train service apprentices
• Advise customers honestly on comfort and efficiency options - educate, don't sell
• Provide input to your Service Manager on training gaps, inventory, and pricing

Compensation & Benefits

• $77,000–$90,000/year base, plus bonuses above

What You Bring

• Required: 3+ years continuous HVAC service experience, including boiler diagnostics/repair
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Core Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
• Advanced electrical/refrigeration troubleshooting
• Experience mentoring other technicians
• Strong communication with customers and coworkers
• Comfortable on a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Valid driver's license with insurable record
• Rooftop experience and HVAC trade school certificate a plus
• Positive, team-first, adaptable attitude
