Position Summary:

As one of Oklahoma's largest credit unions, we're looking for a personable Receptionist to connect with our members and visitors by answering calls, providing assistance and handling incoming correspondence.#frontdesk #reception

Who You Are:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively and courteously with members and co-workers.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy is a must.
• Ability to organize and prioritize duties to perform job functions in a timely manner.
• Project a professional image in speech and appearance for public contact.

What You'll Do:

• Answer switchboard calls and routes to appropriate party.
• Greet visitors, determines their purpose and relays to proper individual.
• Prepare/assemble mailings, sort incoming mail for distribution and manage delivery of packages/items received.
• Produce and mail various credit union related letters.

Education and Experience:

• At least 1 year related experience in office setting, financial institution preferred.
• HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Some college preferred.
• Combination of education, training, experience to perform essential functions required.
