Part Time - Thrift Team Member - Fort Dodge, IA

One Vision Thrift Solutions is looking for a Part-Time Thrift Store Team Member to join our team in Fort Dodge! In this role, you'll help create a positive shopping and donation experience while supporting the mission of One Vision.

Our Thrift Stores play an important role in supporting One Vision services, making this a great opportunity to combine retail and customer service experience with meaningful work in your community.

As a Thrift Store Team Member, you'll help keep the store running smoothly by:

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service.
• Accepting donations from members of the community.
• Sorting, processing, and pricing donated merchandise.
• Stocking merchandise and maintaining product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.
• Operating the cash register and accurately handling transactions.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Assisting with moving, lifting, and organizing donated merchandise as needed.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
• Has an understanding of retail pricing and basic cash-handling practices.
• Enjoys working with customers and being part of a team.
• Can frequently kneel, reach, walk, carry, and lift large or bulky items.
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Can successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.

This is a part-time position. The One Vision Thrift Store is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Team Members must have availability during store operating hours and are required to work Saturdays.

Our store is closed every Sunday and on major holidays!

Part-time Team Members are eligible to earn paid time off (PTO).
