Job Summary

Cell Tech is seeking a Computer Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test laptops, Chromebooks, and other electronic devices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in computer hardware, electronics repair, device troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work.

Key Responsibilities

• • Diagnose hardware issues in laptops, Chromebooks, and other electronic devices.
  • Perform laptop and device repair according to established procedures.
  • Replace hardware components and defective parts as needed.
  • Test repaired devices to verify functionality and quality.
  • Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Accurately document repairs, parts used, and device status.
  • Follow warranty and non-warranty repair guidelines.
  • Meet quality and productivity expectations while maintaining repair accuracy.
  • Maintain an organized and safe repair workstation.
  • Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and other team members to maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable. Successful candidates bring a willingness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Basic Qualifications:

• Technical proficiency, including basic computer skills and data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in electronics repair.
• CompTIA A+ Certification.

What We Offer:

Training Path

Your training will begin with a week-long hands-on experience, balancing structured courses with guided, practical assignments on basic hardware replacements. By the end of your training, you’ll be equipped to handle a wide range of diagnostic and repair tasks.

Work Schedule

8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime may be offered as needed.

Pay:$15 per hour

Note:After the successful completion of 90 days probation period, the pay will be increased to $18 per hour.
