Spirit & Gems is looking for a dependable, organized Auction Operations Assistant to help with the behind-the-scenes operations of our growing auction and consignment business.

This is a hands-on position involving shipping, inventory intake, order processing, auction preparation, consignor paperwork, and general organization. The majority of the position will be based at our Middletown auction location, with occasional shifts at our Front Royal retail and consignment store when additional support is needed.

Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Friday
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Approximately 20 hours per week. Hours may occasionally vary depending on auction volume and business needs.
