We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician with 2-3+ years of experience to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues
• Identify electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related problems
• Clearly explain system conditions and repair options to homeowners
• Complete service work safely, accurately, and professionally
• Maintain detailed service records
• Participate in ongoing company-paid training
• Provide a professional customer experience from arrival through completion

What We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Residential HVAC experience
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• EPA Certification required
• NATE certification strongly preferred
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and good driving history
