Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour with potential for raises

Shifts: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
Weekend availability strongly preferred.

Job Overview

Family Matters LLC is hiring dependable and engaged Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small supervised living setting.

We are especially interested in experienced DSPs who already have current CPR/First Aid and TOVA or Crisis Wave training and can move through onboarding quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills, hygiene, meals, and household routines.
• Support medication administration and documentation after required competency is completed.
• Provide behavioral support, prompting, and appropriate redirection.
• Encourage independence, coping skills, and community involvement.
• Participate in activities, appointments, shopping, and community outings.
• Complete progress notes, medication records, and other required documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, structured, and supportive home environment.
• Remain actively engaged with residents throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license is a strong plus.
• DSP, group home, ID/DD, behavioral health, or similar experience strongly preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid strongly preferred.
• Current TOVA or Crisis Wave training strongly preferred.
• Medication Administration training is a plus.
• Must successfully complete required background checks and remaining agency/DBHDS onboarding.

Family Matters LLC provides Human Rights and other required agency-specific training.

Pay

$15.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience, training, qualifications, and responsibilities. Opportunities for pay increases are available based on performance, reliability, additional training, and increased responsibilities.
