SeaStar Senior Services is hiring a Caregiver Supervisor to lead our home care operations. This is a role with real autonomy - you'll be the trusted point person for caregivers and families, coaching your team, solving problems on the spot, and making sure every client gets the care they deserve.

What You'll Do

• Keep shifts covered by managing attendance and deploying backup caregivers
• Be the go-to person for urgent client needs and caregiver questions
• Visit client homes to check on care plans and support your team
• Coach and mentor field caregivers
• Keep client charts and the Wellsky app up to date
• Keep families informed and reassured

What We're Looking For

• Experience with seniors and/or adults with disabilities, dementia, or mental illness
• Supervisory or lead caregiver experience in an in-home care agency is a plus, not a must
• Comfortable making decisions independently in urgent moments
• Reliable transportation for local client visits
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified - we'll help)
• Basic comfort with Google Docs/Sheets; willing to learn Wellsky
• High school diploma or GED required; CNA training or college coursework a plus

Schedule

Weekdays Monday through Friday with rotating on call weekends and evenings

OR

Weekend on call - Friday afternoon through Monday morning. Guaranteed on call stipend of $300 plus $27 an hour for all time worked.
