Customer Service Representative

Speed Selector is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our medium-sized team. This role involves supporting customers through phone, email, and multiple channels while managing orders and data within our ERP/MRP system. We provide training on our order system, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with computer skills and attention to detail to grow within our company. Advancement to supervisory roles and participation in training programs are available for motivated employees.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately using ERP/MRP systems
• Provide timely and professional support via phone, email, and other channels
• Enter data and verify details, including fractions calculations
• Manage and update Excel spreadsheets for order tracking
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
• Communicate effectively to resolve customer issues and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Entry-level experience in customer service
