Located in Fraser, MI, we are looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Caregivers. No prior experience is requiredjust a caring heart and a willingness to learn!

As a Caregiver at Transitional AFC, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Helping with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Monitoring residents’ well-being and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.

Your work will directly contribute to creating a warm, supportive atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for.

We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Comfortable working with individuals who may have physical or cognitive challenges.
• Strong communicators and able to work well in a team environment.
• Willing to learn and adapt to the needs of the residents.
