Floating Customer Service Representative (CSR)Full-Time | Supporting 12 Locations Across Southwest Minnesota

What You'll Do

As a Floating CSR, you'll be a trusted first point of contact for customers throughout our branch network. Every day brings new opportunities to build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and help customers achieve their financial goals.

You will:

  • Create a welcoming experience for every customer.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build genuine relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce products and services that help customers succeed financially.
  • Contribute to branch and bank growth through referrals and relationship-building.
  • Represent First Independent Bank in local communities through events and engagement.
  • Continuously learn and stay informed about banking products, services, and industry best practices.
  • Travel throughout our Southwest Minnesota locations, bringing your positive attitude and expertise wherever needed.

As permanent branch positions become available within our network, Floating CSRs may have the opportunity to be considered for placement in a dedicated branch location based on business needs, performance, and mutual interest.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous banking, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly to all First Independent Bank locations throughout Southwest Minnesota.
