Pay Rate : $19.50 per hour
Shift: 36-48 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, must work days or nights

What’s a typical day as Manufacturing Technician I? You’ll be:
  • Operating production equipment and following standard operating procedures to maintain safety and quality
  • Performing physical tasks such as standing on concrete for extended periods and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Using computers for production documentation and reporting
  • Working with a team to ensure consistent output while maintaining workplace safety standards
  • Operating forklifts (sitting preferred; training provided on site) Is a bonus if you have experience!
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Can perform essential physical functions, including standing for long periods and lifting 60 pounds
  • Have previous forklift experience (preferred but not required; training available)
  • Are comfortable working in an environment with dust and insects
  • Are fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Possess reliable transportation to the Switz City, IN site
  • Are willing to work days or nights, as required by scheduling needs
  • Have steel toe boots and are committed to maintaining a safe workplace
