Sales Represantative

Newmark Roofing & Restoration is hiring full-time Roofing Sales Representatives in Dallas–Fort Worth.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated people who want to learn sales, help homeowners, and build a career with a growing company. Previous roofing experience is helpful but not requiredwe provide training and coaching.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods.
• Talk with homeowners about roofing and storm restoration services.
• Schedule property inspections and help document damage.
• Present proposals, follow up with customers, and secure signed contracts.
• Keep leads and project updates organized in our CRM.
• Attend morning training in Garland and apply what you learn in the field.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Full-time availability and reliable transportation.
• Confidence starting conversations and willingness to learn.
• Comfort working outdoors and knocking doors.
• Strong follow-through, honesty, and a dependable work ethic.
• A smartphone for managing leads and communicating with customers.

Compensation: $400/week base pay + 30% commission

Earn $400 per week in guaranteed base pay, plus 30% of the profit on each job you sell. Commission is paid in addition to your weekly base pay.
