Scheduler

The Scheduler is responsible for managing one or more schedules for large scale Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Entertainment construction projects.

The selected candidate will independently develop, assess, and maintain quality-controlled project schedules for review by Project Managers, Directors, and Executives, while collaborating with and supporting other scheduling team members.

Specific Responsibilities:

·Develops project schedules independently and in collaboration with other team members.

·Updates schedule with information collected from Jingoli personnel, subcontractors, project reporting, and independent walk-downs.

·Analyzes project plans and performance.

·Develops what-if scenarios to support decision making.

·Prepares and distributes schedule baselines, updates, narratives, and reporting.

·Ensures compliance with division scheduling procedures and industry best practices.

·Assists with training and supporting other schedulers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

·5+ years of construction scheduling experience.

·Nuclear experience preferred.

·Project planning experience.

·Oracle Primavera P6 proficiency.

·Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

Ability to Commute/Relocate

·Atlanta, GA: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred).

Education

·Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).

Experience

·Construction Scheduling: 5 years (Preferred).

·Nuclear: 1 year (Preferred).

·Primavera P6: 3 years (Preferred).
