Production Worker

Job description:

Adcolor is seeking a Production Worker to contribute to production of large-scale graphics solutions. Positions open in assembly, packing and shipping, quality, and custom finishing.

Experience:

• Experience in production/finishing preferred but provide on the job training for motivated candidates.

Skills Required:

• Detail-oriented
• Self-motivated
• Skilled in communicating across departments
• Quality conscious
• Multiple duties assigned that require candidates willing to work with their hands.

Duties:

• Review produced graphics, inspect and pack each item
• Finishing duties include grommeting banners and installing hardware
• Must be willing to assist the team in various other production duties - flexibility required.

Environment:

Employees will have regular exposure to production areas where printing, finishing, cutting, laminating, packaging, and other manufacturing activities occur. The work environment may include moderate noise levels. The production facility is fully open with a team-oriented environment where everyone helps each other when needed. Closed toe shoes are required. No dress code specifically required. Comfortable, clothing that will allow employees to perform duties appropriately.
