Key Holder

NOBULL is currently seeking part-time Key Holder to help support and operate our pop-up retail store in the Seaport in Boston, MA. The position run through the end of January 2027. This individual will be responsible for providing fantastic client service and sales follow-up. This is an ideal position for an entrepreneurial candidate with a passion for fitness looking to introduce the NOBULL mentality to consumers.

• Partner with NOBULL’s corporate team to plan and execute the setup and opening of the retail store location
• Support local marketing initiatives and community events in collaboration with NOBULL’s corporate team
• Train and manage a staff of full and part-time retail associates
• Execute visual merchandising and maintain product displays
• Support inventory management and restocking
• Achieve and support storewide sales objectives
• Manage staff scheduling, sales operations, and other day-to-day operations
• Provide expert product knowledge and embody NOBULL’s enthusiasm and brand values

• Minimum of 2 years of related prior experience in retail supervision
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent people skills – ability to relate to and engage people
• Ability to lift 10–30 lb. boxes
• Strong self-starter, ability to work independently, self-manage time and priorities
• Demonstrated interest in fitness, training, or performance-oriented lifestyles, with the ability to engage authentically with customers and represent NOBULL’s brand values
• Excited to introduce our NOBULL mentality into community through brand awareness, community events

The base salary range listed here represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of NOBULL’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses.
