Senior Operations Manager - Specimen Processing

Cielo has been retained on behalf of Quest Diagnostics to idenifty anexperienced operations leader to oversee a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven manager who thrives under pressure and knows how to build, lead, and retain large teams while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Production experience - Background in manufacturing or another high-throughput, high-pressure operating environment
• Automation & systems management -Recent, hands-on experience with automation and the daily management of systems and the support groups that maintain them
• Labor force management- Proven track record of successful staffing, retention, and workforce planning at scale
• Team leadership- Recent experience leading large teams

Preferred Qualifications

• LEAN / Continuous Improvement (CI) experience
