CDL-A Regional Owner Operator -- Seaboard Transport

Seaboard Transport is hiring CDL-A Regional Owner Operators for refrigerated freight opportunities with regular home time and strong Seaboard freight.

Owner Operators earn 70% of revenue when pulling a Seaboard refrigerated trailer, or 80% of revenue when providing their own refrigerated trailer, plus applicable fuel surcharge. Applicable fuel surcharge is paid according to Seaboard's current fuel program on qualifying freight. Revenue percentages are a share of load revenue, not take-home pay.

Pulling a Seaboard refrigerated trailer means 70% of revenue with no trailer rental or usage charge. Bringing your own refrigerated trailer means 80% of revenue, and you remain responsible for your own trailer's expenses.

Seaboard pays all tolls, charges no trailer rental when you use Seaboard equipment, provides access to reduced maintenance rates, and includes two tractor washes per month. Qualifying Seaboard outbound business carries preferred rates.

The Regional program offers dedicated freight opportunities, flexibility, no dispatch fees, detention pay available, layover pay available, and weekly home time. It is a competitive Owner Operator agreement built around Seaboard freight, with consistent freight opportunities backed by Seaboard's freight network.

Exact routes and hiring areas depend on the approved Regional operating area.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years recent verifiable CDL-A experience
• Clean MVR
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
• Must be a current owner operator or fleet owner with your own tractor
• Reefer experience preferred
• TWIC card a plus
• Not currently in the SAP program
• Stable work history
