Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers primarily by phone and provide the same friendly, helpful service you would give someone face-to-face.
- Answer customer questions about accounts, payments, products, and services
- Help customers understand their rental agreements and payment options
- Find solutions when customers have questions or concerns
- Process payments, account updates, and service requests
- Keep accurate notes of customer conversations
- Work with other team members to resolve customer needs
- Learn our systems, products, and processes through hands-on training
Requirements & Qualifications
- Enjoy talking with and helping people
- Have experience in customer service, restaurants, hotels, retail, reception, or similar positions
- Are dependable and have a positive attitude
- Can stay calm and professional when handling difficult situations
- Are comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Can stay organized while handling multiple tasks
- Are looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
