About the Position:

Rowe Casa is looking for Seasonal Operations Team Members to help us through our busiest time of year. This role is built for someone who can learn multiple sides of how our products are made, stored, and shipped Production, Inventory, and Shipping (both wholesale and retail) and move between them as business needs shift week to week. This position won’t be assigned to just one department and instead will contribute to all areas; wherever the priority is that week. Shifts may fall Monday–Saturday across day, evening, or overnight rotations, and hours will vary based on needs of the operation. This position is located in New Boston, TX and will report to the Operations Supervisor.

This is a seasonal (temporary) position running September through January, ending as workload decreases.

Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Rotate between Production, Inventory, and Shipping based on staffing and seasonal needs
• Follow product recipes and processes
• Pick, scan, and pack customer orders
• Pull products from the warehouse and stock shelves for the shipping department
• Perform inventory cycle counts and sort products by lot number and FIFO
• Learn and maintain proper procedures across each department
• Communicate with supervisors across departments about availability and training progress

Qualifications:

• Able to understand measurements and recipes
• Have an understanding of standard inventory practices, including FIFO
• General computer knowledge
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
