Diagnostic, Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement Services: Provides a wide range of services
to ServeStar’s customers in a professional workman like manner consistent with local code
requirements.
o Plumbing: Servestar provides a wide range of services generally defined as “Plumbing”.
These services encompass all typical installation, repair, and replacement tasks
associated with the plumbing industry.
o Drain Cleaning: Includes all types of drain cleaning services. Must have ability to
proficiently operate equipment as needed such as but not limited to those listed in the
Vehicle Usage & Equipment Usage Msintenence Section:
o Excavation: Ability to operate equipment and while observing safety protocols outlined
in OSHA handbooks. Equipment proficiency requirements include but are not limited to
those listed in the “Equipment Operation” section.
o Service Call / Project Management: We are a turn-key provider meaning we handle
most ancillary repairs associated with a project such as drywall, painting, cleanup, tile,
concrete work, etc to the extent allowed by local law. Our goal is to be a one stop shop
taking any project completely from start to finish. This means that project management
