ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I owned a real estate office, giving me a strong background in business ownership, sales, and building relationships with customers. Outside of work, I’m married with three kids, and faith and family are incredibly important to me.
Giving back is important to our agency, and we’re proud to support our local community and a variety of charitable organizations throughout the year.
Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, team-building events, and ongoing coaching and training programs. We also offer unlimited earning potential, giving motivated team members the opportunity to directly impact their income through strong performance.
Our culture is positive, supportive, and focused on creating a safe environment where people can work hard and succeed together. I’m looking for someone who is self-driven, motivated, and wants more than simply showing up for a job. If you’re ready to work toward ambitious goals and want to be surrounded by people who want to see you do well, we’d love to meet you.
