Growth Recruiter

LB Capital is seeking a high-performing Recruiting Coordinator who knows how to hunt, attract, and secure top talent using their own sourcing strategies. This is not a passive recruiting rolethis is for someone who wants to control their income and get paid for results.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively source top-tier candidates using your own networks, tools, and strategies
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified talent
• Engage and move candidates through the hiring process
• Deliver high-quality hires that stick and perform
• Take full ownership of your recruiting results and production

Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000 annually
• Commission Potential: Earn up to $6,550 per sourced hire

The more candidates you successfully source and place, the more you earn. High performers can significantly increase their income, turning a $60K base into a six-figure earning opportunity through consistent production.
