Job Summary
We are seeking a motivatedPipe Foremanwith hands-on experience inunderground utilities and/or drainage construction. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise pipe crews on utility and drainage projects.
- Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Install underground utility systems, including storm, sewer, and water lines.
- Operate construction equipment as needed to support the crew.
- Maintain a safe and productive job site.
- Ensure quality workmanship and proper care of company equipment.
- Communicate with project management regarding job progress and crew needs.
- Train and mentor crew members.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum2 years of experienceinunderground utilities, drainage, or pipe installation(experience in either is acceptable; both is preferred).
- Experience leading crews or readiness to take on a foreman role.
- Ability to operate construction equipment when needed.
- Strong work ethic with a production-focused mindset.
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred).
Preferred:
- Experience as an Operating Foreman.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- OSHA Excavation & Trench Safety certification.
- Experience with storm drain, sanitary sewer, and water utility installation.
