We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Install, align, and maintain production equipment
- Perform welding and light fabrication as needed
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain maintenance records and parts inventories
- Support equipment uptime, safety, and production goals
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- CNC equipment experience
- Robotics or automation experience
- Welding and fabrication experience
