We are looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team and support global HR systems with a focus on Time and Attendance, Production Scheduling, and HR system configuration. This role requires analyzing requirements, implementing scalable solutions, and maintaining high system availability for a diverse and global workforce.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the analyst resource for global HR system processes, data, and technology projects, emphasizing plant shift scheduling capabilities.
- Provide daily operational support to ensure HR system health and sustainability.
- Troubleshoot issues using Indeavor functional expertise and identify solutions across scheduling configuration and integrations.
- Consult on global HR systems, data, and processes to recognize impacts and constraints on technology and data.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical recommendations and specifications.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and improve processes leveraging existing and new functionalities.
- Manage initiatives from discovery to stabilization, including implementation and testing.
- Own quality assurance tasks such as test script creation, execution, and user acceptance coordination.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system or process changes.
- Effectively communicate system or process changes to users with varying technical expertise.
- Advocate for HR technology solutions and keep stakeholders informed on relevant trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, or related field preferred.
- Experience configuring and supporting Time and Attendance and Scheduling applications, including Indeavor or comparable platforms.
- Understanding of integrations between Time and Attendance and scheduling software.
- Proven ability to collaborate with contractors and third-party vendors to deliver quality project outcomes.
- Skilled at gathering and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting data, processes, and technology solutions.
- Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support for technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infor WFM.
- Familiarity with Indeavor or similar platforms such as Shiftboard or Infor APS.
- Background in Reporting and Analytics.
