Set schedule: Mon–Fri, 7am–12pm
Role:To maintain the grounds such that they are clean and professional appearing to members. Efficiently and effectively ensure all documentation/packages are delivered to their intended destination.
Essential Function and Responsibilities:
· Clean or spot clean fixtures, vehicles, equipment, floors, building exteriors, change light bulbs, swap batteries, and stock supplies, as needed and directed.· Deliver mail and packages to all locations following a set schedule and handle any mail emergencies as needed.· Notifies management regarding items that require repair, show signs of wear and tear, report general condition of buildings and equipment, order supplies, as needed.· Removes snow and ice by shoveling and salting walks and driveways during stormy weather or as needed and directed.· Providing friendly, professional, personalized service to all members using Service Strategies.· Perform other duties, as requested, and maintain a safe and violation free driving record.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience:One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education:A high school education or GED
Interpersonal Skills:Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
