As a member of our wait staff, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at Morrison's Irish Pub. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations about our menu and specials.
• Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guests.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• A passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
