Pay Rate

Local: $3,180 - $3,370/Week (Based on Experience)
Traveler: $3,500 - $3,650/Week (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized wound, ostomy, and continence care while supporting individualized treatment plans and patient education.

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State RN License with Primary Source Verification through NYSED.

• AHA BLS certification.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.

• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience.

• Wound and Colostomy experience required.

• Current certification as CWOCN, CWON, CWCN, CWS, or WCC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments related to wounds, ostomy, and continence care.

• Develop, implement, revise, and evaluate individualized wound-care plans.

• Assess and document patient responses to wound, ostomy, continence, fistula, and complex wound treatments.

• Provide wound and ostomy care education to patients, families, and staff.
