Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews
- Generate and present tailored insurance quotes
- Conduct sales presentations and guide clients to appropriate coverage
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand accounts
- Follow up consistently with clients and prospects
- Develop networking relationships within the community
- Manage multiple customer requests while maintaining service standards
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required)
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet goals and performance expectations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professionalism, integrity, and dependability
