Job Title: Collections Specialist

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Job Type: Contract

Compensation: $25/hr

Collections Specialist - Contract - On-site - $25/hr

Looking For:

• B2B collections experience
• Billing exposure
• Customer service background

Key Duties

• Contact customers about invoices, follow up on past-due balances, and resolve payment concerns by phone, email, or letter
• Work with project accountants on billing revisions or issues
• Respond to billing questions from project managers and division leaders
• Keep accurate records of all collection activity
• Assist with AR aging reports and audit requests
• Help manage the receivables process and reduce days outstanding
