In this role, you’ll work directly with customers, explain available devices and plans, introduce current promotions, and help drive store sales. If you enjoy working with people and want a position where your performance can directly increase your earnings, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome customers and create a positive in-store experience
- Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate phones, plans, accessories, and services
- Explain product features, promotions, upgrades, and available service options
- Identify additional sales opportunities and recommend relevant add-ons
- Complete activations, upgrades, purchases, and other transactions accurately
- Stay up to date on new devices, promotions, and wireless products
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals
- Collaborate with your team to support overall store performance
